SyncroJET III

A bottle-pretreatment system upstream of the A100 that doses each returned bottle with sodium-carbonate solution, making hard-to-detect residues easier for the sniffer to catch.

What it does

SyncroJET III pretreats each returned bottle for the ENOS A100 detection system. At full line speed it injects a measured dose of sodium-carbonate solution into every bottle. That pretreatment helps masked residues release a clearer vapor signal, so contamination that would otherwise stay hidden becomes readable by the sniffer. The result is stronger detection with fewer contaminated bottles slipping through.

In the line

SyncroJET III sits before the A100, in the bottle-preparation zone. It mixes the pretreatment solution, delivers it to the dosing station and injects each bottle as it passes at normal production speed. On lines with IR Vision, the same preparation step can add water so residual liquid is easier to see during the visual inspection.

Line options

  • Standard pretreatment For A100 lines without IR Vision. Doses each bottle with sodium-carbonate solution to improve the vapor signal for sniffer inspection.
  • Pretreatment + water For A100 lines with IR Vision. Adds water during pretreatment so residual liquid moves and remains visible for the visual inspection.

Built for the line

  • Runs at normal production-line speed, up to 30,000 bottles per hour.
  • Prepares every bottle before the first sniffer barrier.
  • Automatically mixes, stores and doses the pretreatment solution.
  • Can include the water addition needed for IR Vision inspection.
  • Designed for returnable and reusable plastic bottles.
