Full Case Inspection

ENOS Engineering's end-of-line case-inspection system — a camera that verifies every bottle is present inside each packed case before it leaves for the palletizer, so no short-filled case reaches the customer.

What it does

The Full Case Inspection system uses a camera to verify that every bottle is present inside each packed case. It is designed to install without trouble on any existing production line, and its compact size keeps the control panel within easy reach. Format changeover is automatic and simple, with a large number of recipes and codes stored so the line can switch products quickly.

In the line

The unit sits at the end of the line, after the case packer and before palletizing. When a case is incomplete it raises a visual and audible alarm and hands the case to the rejection system. If the same packing fault keeps repeating, the FCI can stop the upstream machines so the problem is fixed at the source instead of carried down the line.

What it checks

  • Presence of every bottle inside the full case.
  • A visual and audible alarm on a case that is not complete.
  • Hands a failed case to the rejection system automatically.
  • Can stop the upstream machines when the same packing fault keeps repeating.
